We enjoyed our stay during the busy holiday week. The location allowed us to easily explore the area, and the room was clean with a couch for lounging. I appreciated having breakfast at the hotel. the staff was attentive and made the experience smooth. My family was able to rest before heading back out, which was convenient for our young kids.
Parking was challenging due to limited space, and check-in took longer than expected.

The room was pretty basic. No fridge or coffee maker, and it felt small with a creaky bed. I could hear traffic and party noise all night, which was super annoying. The furniture was a bit cheap, and the closet wasn’t even built-in. Honestly, the bad smell in some rooms was a downer. If you go, definitely ask for a quiet room away from the street!

Staying at this place was a delight for our family! With a great location, we explored the nearby Zacatecano Museum and enjoyed easy access to local attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after busy days out with our three kids.
My kids wished for a bigger parking area for convenience.

This hotel is just a balanced option for a passing visit in Zacatecas with reasonable price. The breakfast was great, especially with the pianist playing enjoyable tunes. Ask for a room with more natural light if possible.

In the heart of history
Waking up every morning felt like a dream, with stunning views of the cathedral right outside my window. The staff handled my requests promptly, adding a personal touch.
Despite the friendly service, the room itself suffered from age, with a faint musty smell lingering that could have been easily remedied. This dampened an otherwise pleasant stay.
